Since 2021, Myom Community Outreach has been committed to bringing healthcare, health education, and evangelism to underserved communities in Abuja. Through strategic partnerships, dedicated volunteers, and generous donors, we have touched lives, strengthened community health systems, and restored hope.
2021 — Our Beginning (New Kuchingoro IDP Camp, Abuja)
Maiden Edition | Go Serve Love
Launched Myom Community Outreach with our first medical and evangelical outreach
Reached 150+ persons with free medical care and food
Partnered with The Leprosy Mission Nigeria, which provided a fully equipped mobile clinic
Offered malaria screening, deworming, hypertension and diabetes checks, and general consultations
Donated medications and a blood pressure monitor to the community sick bay
Provided food supplies to all attendees
7 people gave their lives to Christ
Engaged 14 medical and non-medical volunteers
This outreach laid the foundation for Myom’s mission and demonstrated the power of compassionate, community-based healthcare.
